• Being a representative for Crown and create good relationships to our corporate clients and their families moving to Sweden and Stockholm
• Delivery of all destination services from pre-arrival, home search, school search, settling in service, departure service - all in accordance with clients requirements, this includes searching for apartments and houses, accompany the client to see them, apartment inspections, search and booking of international schools, area tours in and around Stockholm, accompanied visit to the Tax authority
• Administration and reporting of delivered service
Our business is expanding and we are now looking for a freelance consultant for our business area "Destination Services", serving our office in Stockholm.
As a Crown Consultant you will be encouraged and challenged to deliver great customer value. As a member of our team you will work with some of the industry 's most experienced and successful consultants and you will play a big part in our continuous growth and constant strive for quality.
Description of the role, main tasks:
• Being a representative for Crown and create good relationships to our corporate clients and their families moving to Sweden and Stockholm
• Delivery of all destination services from pre-arrival, home search, school search, settling in service, departure service - all in accordance with clients requirements, this includes searching for apartments and houses, accompany the client to see them, apartment inspections, search and booking of international schools, area tours in and around Stockholm, accompanied visit to the Tax authority
• Administration and reporting of delivered service
Required business experiences and skills:
• At least 1 years of experience from operational service delivery in customer centric, multicultural and diversified organizations.
• Fluent in English and Swedish, spoken and written. Additional languages are highly advantageous.
• Driver 's license + own car is a requirement
• Good knowledge about Stockholm and surrounding areas is a plus
• Personal experience from working and living abroad is advantageous.
It is important that you are structured, flexible, problem solver, can work under pressure and have strong social skills.
