hela Sverige - Ensure high quality of reporting in addition to flow consistency between Group's tools and internal systems.
• Maintain the standard of P&L aggregates (upholding methods and routines, maintaining strict compliance with the Group accounting manual and definition of KPI 's).
• Perform specific cost analysis and provide adequate support and recommendations for Central Function managers.
• Provide high level of group reporting support to the region.
Skills, knowledge and expertise
A successful candidate has a University degree in Business Administration specialized in finance & accounting or an equivalent education as well as an in-depth knowledge in various financial, rules and regulations. Expertise in international accounting standards is an advantage. Previous experience of auditing for at least 2-4 years and/or of a financial controlling position would be a good platform for this next step. International controlling experience is also valued highly. Candidates need to be able to speak Swedish and English fluently, both written and spoken.

You have an analytic approach to problem solving and enjoy helping business partners in the understanding financial rules and reports. You have a strong work ethic and work proactively to plan your actions in advance with close attention to detail.
