Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter: Cellutech is looking for a Research Engineer/Scientist. This is a great opportunity to join a growing start-up company devoted to the development of new materials from wood components. Cellutech works in close collaboration with the researchers at Wallenberg Wood Science Center (KTH and Chalmers) to commercialize innovations. We currently have several technologies under development and you will have a significant role in bringing them closer to the market. We are looking for a truly passionate and curious researcher who loves to solve problems. You know how to execute your ideas in an effective and systematic way. You have a creative and analytical mind and take on scientific challenges with strong determination. New material concepts are constantly being evaluated at Cellutech, therefore your ability to fast grasp new ideas and evaluate their potential is essential. The competence and know-how you bring will play a key role to complement the development team. Experience of polymeric particle design, encapsulation and emulsions are highly appreciated. You hold an MSc or a PhD in relevant technical areas i.e. polymer chemistry, material science or surface chemistry. You also have a minimum of 3 years working experience from product development. Our small team gives you the opportunity to influence your work and feed your natural ability to take initiative and self-responsibility. Collaborating with experts within different fields inspires you to perform. Your strong oral and written communication skills are required when presenting work internally and to external contacts.
