The Faculty of Medicine is a part of Lund University, and is responsible for education and research within medicine and healthcare. Job assignment

The tasks of this position include assisting the research groups with general grant administration, reporting for existing grants, and new grant applications.

In addition, we also expect that the recruited will provide administrative support. The administrative support includes tasks such as booking meetings and travels, report travel costs, update web pages, language correction and translation etc.

Required Qualifications

• A Master of Science Degree within the life science field.

• Experience with EU and national founding system.

• Experience in managing national and EU research grants.

• Experience with administrative tasks as booking meetings and travels, report travel costs, update webpages, language correction and translation.

• Good communicative skills in Swedish and English, spoken and written.

• The candidate can work independently and is well organized.

Terms of employment

Temporary position for one year.
