ROLE PURPOSE
This purpose of the role is to develop and implement strategies for growth of sales and profits within the Power Gen sector in the Nordic region. In particular the purpose of the role is to build upon the existing relationship and capture new programs ensuring a heathly and growing order pipeline is maintained.
In time, the role could also expand into a key account management position covering contractors across all locations in Europe.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

•         To develop and implement sales strategies which will grow and develop business with Nordic customers

•         To establish and maintain positive business relationships with Major account customers across multiple disciplines and multiple levels.

•         To develop forecasts and deliver against sales targets within target customer base.

•         To orchestrate internal company resources needed to support account development objectives

•         To be the customer's voice within the company and to represent the interests of the customer within the organisation

•         To liaise with internal project engineering resources providing cross functional leadership ensuring that customer and project deadlines are met.
Competencies & Experience

•         Bachelors Degree in engineering or related technical discipline.

•         Extremely strong interpersonal, communications and presentation skills

•         Experience in multi-level selling to major accounts in a business to business technical sales environment with a proven track record of success

•         Strong entrepreneurial and competitive instincts

•         The ability to exercise flexibility in response to changing circumstances

•         Strong creative skills and the ability to articulate a compelling value proposition by the spoken and written word
