Your work life
You will be responsible for the IP core network, both in terms of network technology and in terms of security and keeping track of upcoming security patches, classic networking with routing and switching firewalls.
Thru your understanding of how software works, you are the one who interfaces with the organization and will be a bridge to the developers who work towards the network products' APIs.
This means that you will participate in meetings with the product team and the developers around the products and services. Plans for upgrades, patches and improvements to the network. You will Acts as an escalation point if the operation center receives problems from customers.
Who are you?
You feel home in an environment where you have the interface with software departments.
To be successful in this role, we believe that you have worked hands-on with these skills:
• LAN/WAN/MAN Switching and routing (Layer 2 & 3, BGP, RIP, IGRP)
• Firewall & Security
• VPN
• UAC
It is an advantage that you also have good knowledge of:
• SD-WAN (NFV, SDN)
• ISO 14001 and ISO-27001
• Wireless networks like IoT, Mobile and Wi-Fi
It is meritorious and a big plus if you have:
• CCNA - Cisco Certified Network Associate
• CCNP - Cisco Certified Network Professional
Personal characteristics:
