Dina arbetsuppgifterThe Technical Project Manager at Flex is key to successful relations with our customers and to Flex's success! This critical position provides Project Management for electrical, mechanical, software and component development activities, working in close coordination with Global Program Management (GPM), factory and internal engineering teams, and customers. A typical project starts with initial customer contact and a quotation. Normally we deliver a concept study as the first step. If the customer agrees to our findings in the concept study and wants to proceed, a development project is started. Working closely with the engineering organization and being the spider in the web when it comes to planning, budgeting and executing, the role is similar to being in the driving seat of a Ferrari, thrilling and challenging. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for: . Processing inputs for Quotation of new products/activities with existing and new customers . Planning and controlling the projects with specific consideration to customer requirements and other internal goals (quality, volume, timelines, cost) . Acting as the main contact person for all project related issues, especially technical issues, internally as well as externally from start of the project to phase out . Working together with the Program Manager and handing over the NPI projects
Utbildning och erfarenhetYou will be of interest for us at Flex if you: . Have a Master of Science degree or equivalent experience . Have very good organizational and interpersonal skills . Have previous Project Management experience for multiple shipping products . Have good communication and negotiation skills; you need to use English in most business relations . Are self-driven and determined
