Do you want to be a driving force behind a greener, cleaner future while navigating the seas of change for maritime operations? We are seeking a motivated and driven colleague to join our team as Fleet Sustainability Lead!

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining a strategic plan for Fleet Operations sustainability initiatives. You will be focusing on the Climate Road Map (CRM), Environmental management, and clean seas initiatives - making sure they align with our company strategy.

You will team up and collaborate with Stena Line business units to develop a plan to meet standards and GHG protocols.

Some of your key responsibilities:
- Reviewing sustainability-related data, metrics, and reports to identify issues and potential opportunities for improvement
• Providing reports to senior management team to ensure sustainability considerations are integrated into decision-making across the organization
• Advising internal colleagues on compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and reporting requirements
• Working with communication teams to ensure appropriate, accurate, and useful information is available to all stakeholders
• Keeping abreast of the latest trends and developments in sustainability and ensuring the implications for the organization are understood and communicated
• Support company targets in sustainability through the evaluation and prioritization of initiatives based on impact, cost/benefit, and visibility

Qualifications:
• Relevant diploma; technical or business degree
• Experience in a sustainability-related role
• Practical experience in sustainability reporting
- Project management experience
• Experience in quality assurance and knowledge of regulatory and legislation requirements in the marine industry
