FlatFrog is looking for a senior UX Designer who thrives in ambiguity and loves to discover key user problems. We believe you excel in distilling the complex into the simple; creating focused, useful designs and in so, ensuring that UX discussions end up in features that end users love and want to make part of their everyday life.
As a UX Designer at FlatFrog, you will refine early-stage concept strategy with Product Managers and relevant stakeholders while articulating the user benefits. You are experienced in designing software features for consumer-facing products and you are used to successfully driving UX discussions to conclusion.
You are defined by having the ability to always keep the end user's needs first, while simultaneously coming up with solutions that are technically feasible. You tell compelling stories and clearly articulate design decisions to non-designers.
