hela Sverige The Customer Service Center is based in Angered/Gothenburg. In this position you will support and assure that our customers will be served with their orders, complaint and registration. Many of our customers are based in Finland. You need to speak fluent Finnish and English. You will work in a highly professional environment and you will report to the the Customer Service Supervisor.
As a Customer service representative your main duties and responsibilities will be to
• Registers and processes customer orders in the business system received via, electronic mail, and phone or through other contact with the customer.
• Support the order-to-cash process.
• Makes proposals for improvements on work processes
• Complete registering / filing / archiving of customer service-related documentation
• Manage order receipt efficiently, prioritiz timely order processing and good customer interactions and relationships
• Communication with customers, agents, transporters and production sites about the status of the orders
• Register rebates & commission appointments
• Create credit or debit notes, return-orders, sample-orders
• Check invoices and payments
• Daily contact with our warehouse freight forwarders Fedex and UPS.
• Register orders in SRM purchase system
• God understanding in customer needs and skills to build good relationships with customers
• Ability to express yourself and get the customers to understand,
• Good computer skills, good knowledge of word and excel.
• Service minded.
• Ability to handle stress situations and structure workplace tasks and to prioritize important issues.
• Good ability to work in teams
• Language skills: Finnish, English, Swedish,
• Excellent communication by phone.
• Customer focus and result oriented; highly motivated
As a person you are service orientated and you are able to keep a business focus while driving multiple projects simultaneously. You have exceptional communication and presentation skills in both English and Finnish.
