Placera Personal seeks for customer a Swedish and Finnish speaking employee for the position as After Sales & Service in the Customer Service group, Parts & Service division (aftermarket). We offer an interesting job in a dynamic region for you who enjoy working with customers.
Responsibilities
Your main task is to do sales, order management and technical support to our customers, sales channels and collegues. This includes amongst other tasks to work proactively with telephone sales, make and follow up on quotes and orders. You will support both the Swedish and the Finnish region.
Your role involves cooperation across the Parts&Service division, and you will be a part of the Customer Service group, located in south of Stockholm
You will report to the Sales Manager PPS in Nordic.
Qualifications
To be successful in this position you need to be accurate, structured, and socially competent and to have a well-developed flair for maintaining relationships by phone.
You should be sales focused and technique oriented.
You act fast on customer requests and are able to - and even like - handling more than one thing at a time.
You speak Finnish and Swedish fluently and have a good command of the English language. You have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs as well. You have either a technical education and/or solid working experience within technical sales.
You will be located in our customers sales office in south of Stockholm, Sweden.
