For our office in Stockholm we are currently looking for a:
Account Manager Finnish and Swedish parttime 80% (m/f)
Description:
As a Liaison Manager, you will be responsible for the registrar community in your designated region. You will provide the registrars with an efficient, responsive and reliable service.
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
Provide support to accredited .eu registrars via e-mail/phone
Ensure regular contacts and plan regular meetings with the registrar community of your region and this in collaboration with the Regional Manager
Promote EURid's marketing activities in Finland and Sweden
Make proposals to the Regional Manager to improve services/support to the registrars
Translate/proofread documents into your native languages
Analyse development of registrations in Finland and Sweden on regular basis
Develop initiatives to raise awareness of .eu in Finland and Sweden to increase .eu registrations
Perform operations on domain names that is deemed necessary
Profile:
You have preferably a university education
You are a native Finnish and Swedish speaker
You have an active knowledge of English and knowledge of any other European language is an asset
You are interested in the domain name business
Knowledge of the Finnish and Swedish business culture/market is an asset
You have strong communications skills (both written and spoken)
You are well-organized, proactive and a team player
You have a good knowledge of MS Office applications
