As a Finnish Collection Agent, you will handle outbound and inbound phone calls from customers who have missed one or more payments. Our mission is to find the right solution together with the customer and to communicate this in a open, helpful and engaging tone. You will talk a lot on the phone, you need to be fast and secure in making the right decisions and you are not afraid to take own initiative. Also, you need to have strong communication skills and you are fluent in the Finnish language. It is a plus if you have strong English and Swedish skills.
