hela Sverige Air France KLM Martinair Cargo are looking for two Finnish speaking Customer Service Agents to join our Cargo team in Sweden.
You are fluent in Finnish and service driven; a team player that thrives in the competitive and fluctuant cargo business.
The Customer Service Agent is part of the Nordic customer service organization (CSO), based in Märsta. CSO is responsible for providing excellent customer services and maximizing the Air France - KLM - Martinair Cargo sales and profitability. The job includes daily contact with our customers towards the Swedish and Finnish market. Key result areas of the Customer Service Agent include high-quality (pre-/after-) sales and service activities, administrative activities and relationship management.
Air France KLM Martinair Cargo offer a very dynamic business environment in a highly competitive market. We are looking for someone with experience in customer services and advanced skills in the MS office package. The position requires fluency in English, Swedish and Finnish, both verbally and in writing. Advanced knowledge of the Cargo Industry, procedures, products and tools is a merit.
