The position will evolve:
Business Financing
Debt vs Equity Financing
Private Equity Financing
Venture Capital Financing
Extensive due diligence, managing and analysing large amount of client data
Preparing marketing materials for prospective investors: Business plans, pitch books, studies and articles
Developing standard valuation models for debt and equity financial instruments
Interacting with various types of clients: corporate, hedge funds, private equity funds
Participating in long-term projects: monthly and quarterly portfolio valuation for hedge funds and restructuring of banks
Candidates will have excellent academics, preferably a second language. Candidates will have in-depth financial modeling and business valuation skills and will have between 1-5 years of experience.
