Group Control is responsible for group accounting and financial planning. Our team contributes to the growth of Axis' business by providing timely and accurate financial reports and analysis, useful for business decisions and planning. Today Group Control consists of five people.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
In this role you will join Group Control and the financial planning team, that is facing an interesting and challenging future. We are currently updating the forecast process for Axis Group with the goal to get an effective and efficient forecast process. A key success factor in this work is the implementation of a new planning system, Anaplan.
Main activities will include:
Drive, maintain and develop the forecast process for Axis Group.
Work for a successful implementation of our new planning system, Anaplan.
Coordinate and plan our different forecast activities.
Coordinate our financial planning process with other key planning processes within Axis.
Report consolidated forecasts and analysis to management.
Develop and implement financial infrastructure to ensure up to date reports & to support operational and strategic decision making.
Create models for data simulation and scenario analysis.
C lose collaboration with Business control.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
To be successful in this role you need to have an interest in understanding Axis' Business and an ability to collaborate with different stakeholders in the organization. You have at least 5 years of experience in working with financial forecasting or similar planning processes and are used to work with data analysis and presentation of numbers.
As a person you have a curious and at the same time analytical mindset. You are creative and have no problem communicating your ideas and thoughts to the rest of your team and colleagues. You enjoy working in a fast-changing environment and are used to sharp deadlines.
