WHAT WILL YOU DO?
In this role, you will be a part of Group Control and work together with the Financial Planning Team to develop the routines within the forecast process. You will take an active part in the implementation and development of our new planning system (Anaplan) with the goal to provide our stakeholders with analysis and information used for decision making. The new system will play a key role in future development of Axis financial planning agenda. You have experience from and an interest in working both with forecast or similar planning processes and from planning and analysis software tools. By using your system interest, you create value to the organisation. In this role, you will work close with Business Control, BI team as well as with finance personnel in our regions.
Main activities will include:
Drive, maintain and develop the financial planning system.
Administrate and monitor our forecast activities in the system to ensure a smooth process.
Make sure connections with other systems works properly.
Prepare and perform system training.
Keep the financial infrastructure up to date in the system to support operational and strategic decision making.
Evaluate and implement new system requests from Business Control and other stakeholders.
Develop and implement financial models and simulations for forecasting and analysis.
Prepare and present analysis of group numbers.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a Financial Planning Analyst with a sense for numbers and analysis and with an interest in working with systems.
We see that you have experience from working with planning and analysis software. You have a good understanding of financial forecasting concepts and modeling, as well as experience from working with data analysis, information structuring and presentation of numbers.
As a person,you have a curious and at the same time analytical mindset. You are creative and have no problem communicating your ideas and thoughts to the rest of your team and colleagues. You definitely enjoy working in a fast changing environment and are used to sharp deadlines.
In addition to above you:
Have at least a Bachelor degree in Business administration
3 years' experience of financial planning
Are fluent in English and Swedish
Have an interest in and easy to learn new systems
Experience from Anaplan and/or Qlikview is a plus
