About the job
You will develop the financial processes within the group and ensure that all entities report according to group instructions and in a timely manner. You'll work closely together with our Accounting Manager in Sweden but you will also have regular dialogues with the finance teams abroad.
You will play an important role in the integration of new companies that we acquire and you will be responsible for the annual report for the group and communication with external auditors.
Development is always a high priority at Telavox and for your part, there will be a lot of focus on the continuous development of our accounting processes, financial reporting and the internal control environment. You will also support the development of our accounting system (NetSuite) and financial processes within our business support system.
Also on your to-do list:
• Responsible for the monthly group consolidation and ensuring timely and correct financial reporting to the management and the board.
• Ensure compliance with K3 and other regulations. Document accounting guidelines and continuously develop the accounting teams.
• Keep transfer pricing documentation up to date and make sure transfer pricing policies are adhered to.
• Ensure financial covenants are adhered to and reported on a quarterly basis to the bank.
• Prepare liquidity forecasts for the group and ensure timely transfer of funds between group companies.
About you
To excel and have fun in this role we believe you need to have a proactive mindset, and always prioritize structure and quality. You are also a positive and curious person who enjoys a communicative role (English and Swedish) where you build good relations and trust with your stakeholders.
You have studied Finance or Business administration and have several years of experience. Experience of working within an international organization is a big advantage and background from a SaaS or Telecom company would literally make us dance our happy dance!
