We are looking for a hungry CFO/Business Controller responsible for our Budgeting, Bookkeeping, Invoicing, and Payroll to be part of the operation/management team, and take control over the company economy. You will take overall responsibility for the continuous daily tasks and do the daily economy work hands on as well as optimising all economy routines. You need to iteratively execute tasks with a mindset of optimisation towards the company needs and act as a supportive counter part towards the organisation. Another big role for our is to be part of the development of our economy suite and venture, Bokio.

We are getting ready to launch and scale our venture Bokio, a financial empowerment startup, ready to transform the entrepreneurship in Europe. Financially backed by a Tier 1 investor, Bokio is well positioned to disrupt the EUR50 Billion EU market for financial and administrative services for small enterprises. Introducing cutting edge technology and design thinking into an industry longing for innovation. Our solution reimagines the way entrepreneurs run their company administration by introducing a digital bookkeeper, in an effort to help entrepreneurs to instead focusing on their core business and at the same time enhance their financial position without any knowledge in economy or administration. The service is there to fulfil the need of an bookkeeper without paying a singel penny on it. That's what we believe innovation is all about. Combining business logics and design with technology and monetisation to develop a pure customer market fit. Your role as a controller at The Techno Creatives will involve product development of how Bokio could support us and our 30.000 other customer companies using Bokio on daily basis.

As a CFO/Business Controller at The Techno Creatives You:
• Act and enjoy being the primary economy function of the company, working hands on as the only economist with; budgeting, project invoicing, bookkeeping and salaries.
• Serve and cultivate a high-performing company and ensure that the economy function as a whole is reliable and deliver right information for support and decision making towards the projects, management, board and the entrepreneurs and owners.
Responsibilities covers from product development of our own economy products, in the Bokio Suite, to optimising your own work process and routines to release time for business controlling activities enabling new insights and decision taking for the business.
We are seeking a CFO/Business Controller with a broad skillset spanning from bookkeeping, budgeting, salaries, invoicing, project metrics, yields and utilisation, including optimisation of economy practices. The ultimate success of a economist lies in their ability to ensure that the underlaying data is correct and being able to communicate what it means for the company and the individuals taking action on it.
• CFO or Business Controller experience within business with no support systems to rely on. There is no system that suits our needs perfect, every one of our business cases has different needs.
• Proven track record of building own routines, structure and improving your own work processes by automating your routines so it releases up time for you and everyone else you are serving.
• Excellent and fluent in in Google Spreadsheet / Excel, allowing you to work seamlessly with creating template sheets and advanced budgeting helping you being more effective.
• A demonstrated and focused curiosity of working tight with entrepreneurs and a genuin interest in understanding the business logics.
• Attention to details and strong economical intuition
• Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on data-driven decision making
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
Are you a low ego economist with knowledge about how to run the day to day business in an entrepreneur driven business? With an entrepreneurial dedication to improve your own work process? The ultimate success of a techno creative lies in their ability to fall in love with the problem and creatively find solutions.
• At least several years experiences of accounting, salary and invoicing, including monthly and yearly administration routines as yearly reports, vat reports, KU reports. etc.
• Fluent in Google Spread Sheet / Excel analysing budgets
• Deep interest in business logics and how to steer a company by numbers
• Great communication skills and fluent in English and Swedish
• Masters or bachelor degree in economy or similar
