hela Sverige SodaStream Nordics is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and experienced Financial Controller to join its Sparkling Team and contribute in keeping the accounting and financial processes and reporting of the company up to standard.
Financial Controller Nordics Overview
The Financial Controller Nordics is accountable for the financial control of the Nordics Market. This includes all financial reporting requirements to SodaStream HQ, internal- and external audits and compliancy topics for the Nordic Market.
The Financial Controller Nordics reports directly to the Finance Manager Nordics and into Corporate Control, SodaStream HQ. SodaStream Nordics office is located in Hammarby Sjöstad.
Responsibilities and key tasks:
• Monthly reporting (BS, P&L, Cash flow, Group reporting package etc.) according to US GAAP and PepsiCo Accounting/Reporting Standards
• Ensure compliance of all functions and processes with PepsiCo Global Control Standards, PepsiCo policies and procedures
• Lead projects related to Financial Controlling, Financial reporting and Tax and partner with the business to assess implications on processes and systems triggered by business initiatives
• Annual reporting to local authorities for statutory accounts according to local law
• Yearly roll out of agreed Risk Control Matrix and GCS roadmap
• Lead Nordics through corporate- and external audits
• Ensure GL accounting and all sub-ledgers are correct and all accounts reconciled
• Annual tax returns as well as any tax audit (direct or indirect)
• Be a hands-on leader who is a functional expert in accounting and financial reporting related matters who will provide the guidance for the market's various departments and ensure execution in excellence of the policies
• Compile, analyze and monitor the activities and results of the company
Who are you?
We believe you have about 10 years of hands-on experience of controlling, accounting and financial reporting in a large international corporation. You have proven yourself in a senior financial leadership role and have the ability and will to lead and develop a team. You have excellent knowledge in US GAAP and local GAAP reporting and compliance. Through your experience you have acquired great business acumen and commercial awareness, prior experience from FMCG is a merit. You have excellent knowledge of Excel and is fully fluent in spoken and written English.
