Kwintet is searching for a skillful and ambitious Financial Controller. The position is based at the Kwintet headquarter in Malmö and reports to the Finance Manager of Sweden.
The Financial Controller will work with afocus on Kwintet Sweden, a platform for all of the Kwintet business in Sweden, and apart of the Nordic region.
In the role as Financial Controller you will support strategic goals by ensuring adequate reporting and analysis of financial information on business areas and costs centers. The work will be performed in close co-operation to the financial accounting team as well as the business controllers.
Your key responsibilities
• Validation of Financial data
• Challenging financial information
• Preparation of monthly financial comments
• Submission and presentation of financial reports before regional management
• Optimization of and streamlining of processes in relation to monthly closing schedules are of highest priority
Your daily tasks will also contain currency forecasting, weekly sales and stock reporting, Group financial manual compliance validation, development and maintenance of authorization guidelines, chart of account, accruals, depreciations and amortizations, insurances, year-end closing etc.
Your profile
You have approximately five years of proven experience from a similar role, preferably from a producing company. You probably have a degree in Business Administration and the ability to manage parallel work streams within given time frames. Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, are required as the corporate language is English. Strong Financial IT skills and excellent skills in Excel will be meriting.

To be successful in this role it is essential that you are analytically minded with an eye for details, yet without losing track. You work in a structured way and have a strong personal drive. We believe you need good commercial acumen and excellent planning skills to further succeed in this role. Furthermore you are a positive and outgoing person who likes to interact with people
