We are looking to acquire buildings and build new ones. We are looking specifically for people with higher managerial and financial skills in helping to acquire, leverage and finance buildings in Sweden and other countries.
Language is important since ours being a customer centric business, the customer satisfaction will require a multilingual person. Swedish, English and one other language of Hindi or /and Parsi is important.
The person we are looking for should have a good business network in this area of building and construction.
The personal attributes team player and a independent individual, who can set and achieve own targets.
We will require references.
The person should be multilingual. Financial knowledge and experience and a good business network are very important attributes.
The person should have a good understanding and /or experience of the worldwide construction industry.
Finding and financing building objects should be the main focus and interest area for the person.
Solveria AB is a firm that is in the business of relocation services, that is mainly focused on offering service apartment, fully furnished and with all facilities for expats/consultants/companies visiting different cities in Sweden for a limited duration.
Varaktighet, arbetstid
Full time job, with a normal trial period. Monthly salary.
