On behalf of our client Mölnlycke Health Care, an international growing company, we are now recruiting the temporary position as Financial Controller within the Closing Group at their Financial Service Center. The position is based at the headquarters in Gothenburg and the duration is until 2018-03-31.
The Financial Service Center (FSC) provides service for financial transactions, payment, accounting and reporting related tasks for companies included in the Mölnlycke Health Care Group. In this position you are responsible for accounting, closing and reporting for a few entities in Mölnlycke Health Care Group. You support the business in order to ensure a high qualitative, timely and appropriate reporting to meet internal and external requirements and you participate in, or drive, projects striving for process efficiency. You will be part of the FSC accounting team in Gothenburg and work in the Closing Group as one of five persons. This position reports to Director Financial Service Center.
Job description
You are responsible for accounting, reporting and closing for a few Mölnlycke legal entities in Europe and as a business partner you work proactively to support our business with financial solutions. In this role you perform activities such as:
• Accounting and reconciliation of accounts according to IFRS
• Preparation monthly, quarterly, annual closings & reporting
• Act Business partner to support business with financial solutions
• VAT and statistic reporting
• Process development
• Project assignments
Qualifications and profile
You have a Bachelor degree or Master of Business Administration or equivalent skills and a background of approximately 2-5 years preferably within auditing.
You have experience from accounting and reporting, preferably according to IFRS in an international environment. We also expect you to have experience from ERP systems, preferably SAP, and high skills in Excel. You also have good all round skills within other programs in Microsoft Office.
As a person we believe you are a positive and performance driven team player with a high customer focus. The position requires a high level of interest to drive improvements along with being well structured and show attention to details when required. You are flexible and used to delivering high quality performance within given deadlines.
You are fluent in English, written as well as spoken and other language skills are creditable. For right candidate, there are good possibilities for prolongation.
