A Financial Controller is responsible for the internal and external financial reporting. You will have full view on both the Balance sheet and the Income statement for Volvo Penta. You will support the Business Area in reporting period end closings, performing closing analysis, and secure full compliance and quality in the reporting. We work in close co-operation with the other functions at AB Volvo and different Business control departments.
Critical competences for the job:
Bachelor's degree in finance
Experience from Accounting and/or Business Control
Excellent analytical skills
Be proactive and have high integrity as well as being able to work independently
Be a team player with good communication skills
Have an open attitude to work in a changing environment and contribute to a positive atmosphere
Technical/functional/language skills
As we are a global team and all documentation is in English, proficiency in the English language is required.
Extensive user knowledge in Microsoft Excel
Experience in Essbase/VGCS and Power BI is a merit
