For our central team, we are looking to strengthen the controlling unit with a Financial Controller. The central controlling unit will be a small team of two who will work closely together with group accounting and the CFO to develop the finance function and ensure financial control.



You will be working with:

• Strengthening the groups control environment, securing transparency between local and group reporting.
• Conducting 6 -10 annual control visits to our subsidiaries in the EMEA region.
• Point of contact for tax questions, tax audit and transfer pricing documentation.
• Control and analyse the group 's and/or parts of the group 's financials.
• Support local finance managers and share best practices across the Group.
• Lead and/or participate in various ad- hoc projects.

Your background:

We believe you have an academic degree in Finance, Business Administration (or similar). 3+ years of experience from auditing is a preference. Ideally you have additional experience from accounting or financial control. Experience with IFRS is an advantage. You need to be fluent in English, both written and spoken. Swedish, French or German is a plus, but not a requirement. Previous experience from implementing internal control environment would be considered as a large advantage. You have an eye for detail, and ability to identify, address and communicate issues. You dare to take initiative in order to reach goals and are not afraid to challenge status quo. We believe that strong communication skills are important in this role and will help you build relationships across regions.

This full time position will be placed in our head office in Stockholm but will involve travelling to our operating units in Europe and Middle East.
