Provide our Finance team with insightful data analysis, reporting, and system support

Drive optimization of our reporting and analysis process
The Financial Planning and Analysis team ensures a smooth monthly financial closing process, collaborates with and providing guidance to our internal departments, is responsible for managing reporting as well as driving and facilitating a high quality budgeting/forecasting process. In addition a main focus is to drive strategic outlook and scenario calculations while continuously striving to improve the business by providing data transparency and insights for decision-making by our leadership team.
To further strengthen our team, we are now in searc of an innovative Senior Financial Analyst with experience developing BI solutions. You will be responsible for developing digital finance, reporting, financial planning and analysis and will work together with a team member who supports similar tasks as well as having valuable experience they can share about NKT's business. Together, you will work on automating and digitalizing our FP&A processes.
The position is located in Karlskrona, Sweden.
Your specific tasks in the team will be:
* Drive digitalization and provide standardized analytical BW tools/reports to support the financial steering and performance management for our Solutions team in Karlskrona NKT.
* Serve as a natural link link between IT, Group and Business Finance teams.
* Optimize the utilization of digital tools, primarily SAP BW and OneStream.
* Work as a senior financial analyst for ad hoc analysis.
* Provide periodic reporting that is delivered on time and with high quality.
* Provide optimized templates, tools and models that can be used for NKTs Budget and Forecast process.
* Maintain and develop financial models that can provide an in-depth understanding of our P&L, Balance sheet, Cash Flow and financial KPIs (such as ROCE).
* Provide high quality reporting packages to our management team, both in Karlskrona and Denmark.
* Be a business partner for cost controlling.
We are looking for a candidate who is analytical, innovative and is able to handle consolidation of financial numbers and present it a logical and simple way. You are a team player with a collaborative mindset and excellent supporting skills. You can translate large data sets into concise business insights and can maintain a general overview while being attentive to details. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with a Business Partner mindset who thrives on interacting with the business.
The preferred candidate for the role has:
* Relevant education i.e., MSc in Finance, Economics, or similar.
* +5 years of experience in an FP&A/Business Controlling/Finance reporting, ideally in a production company.
* Solid hands-on experience with BI/BW solutions including an understanding of BI data models, ERP master data, profit- and cost center hierarchies, and knowledge of query structures.
* Experience with SAP/ERP systems.
* Experience with data modeling combined with the ability to provide structured for large data sets.
* Experience with the digital transformation of our Finance function and development of Business Intelligence solutions.
* Fluent English skills, spoken and written.
* General IT acumen and solid Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
