We are looking for a Financial Analyst own Looklet's financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.

Areas of responsiblity
1. Financial Planning & Analysis
• Develop financial models - the business case for the company
• Forecast quarterly and annual revenues, cost, profits, and liquidity
• Coordinate with the CFO and the executive team on long-term financial planning
2. Budgeting (together with Manager Accounting & Controlling)
• Drive the company's internal budgeting process (for departments and projects)
• Collaborate with managers to develop final consolidated budget
• Advise managers on working with the budget
• Compare anticipated and actual results and identify areas of improvement (variance analysis)
3. Management reporting / BI
• Analyze and report on current financial status to the executive team
• Setup Power BI
• Configure KPI Dashboards and reports in Looklet's accounting software (MS NAV, Power BI)
4. Miscellaneous
• Help out on day-to-day activities within the Finance & Accounting team
• Drive projects to change the setup and procedures of the Finance & Accounting function
• Work closely with the CFO on ad-hoc requests and special projects
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and investment decisions
Is this your profile?
• You have 2-3 years of relevant work experience as a Financial Analyst, Budget analyst, Financial Planner, or similar role?
• You have a highly analytical brain, an entrepreneurial heartbeat, a modest soul, and a sense of humour?
• If you were an Office tool, you would be Excel (Power BI or Alteryx as middle names)?
• You bring hands-on experience with financial/ ERP software (MS NAV) a plus?
• You have excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• You are a strong communicator (verbal and written)?
• You can present financial data using detailed reports and charts?
• You have experience in budgeting, ideally from a small, agile company?
• You identify sensitive financial information and keep that confidential?
• You are pragmatic and stress-resistant, have a can-do attitude, and the ability to multi-task?
• You are well-organized and like to coordinate projects across teams?
• You are proficient in English, and fluent in Swedish?
• You have a deep understanding of finance (Bachelor in Finance or Economics)?
