hela Sverige We are looking for a Financial Consultant for our ongoingSoftware Development, your primary responsibility will be to provide expert guidance and support in the development of accounting software solutions. You will work closely with software development teams, financial professionals, and clients to analyze their accounting needs, design appropriate software features, and ensure the delivery of efficient and reliable financial systems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Consultation and Needs Analysis:
• Collaborate with clients to understand their accounting processes, business requirements, and financial goals.
• Conduct thorough assessments of existing accounting systems to identify areas for improvement and recommend suitable software solutions.
• Analyze and document clients' financial workflows, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
2. Software Design and Development:
• Collaborate with software developers to design accounting software features and functionalities based on client needs and industry standards.
• Provide input and expertise in the development of user-friendly interfaces and intuitive navigation for financial software applications.
• Create and review software requirements specifications, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with clients' objectives.
3. Testing and Quality Assurance:
• Develop test plans and strategies for accounting software solutions, including functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Collaborate with software testers to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial calculations and reporting.
• Conduct thorough reviews of software documentation, user manuals, and training materials to ensure clarity and effectiveness.
4. Implementation and Training:
• Assist clients in the implementation and rollout of accounting software solutions, including data migration and system integration.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate end-users on the functionality and best practices of the software.
• Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any technical issues, resolving queries, and offering guidance on system optimization.
5. Industry Knowledge and Trends:
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, regulations, and technologies in the accounting and financial software industry.
• Actively participate in professional networks, conferences, and forums to expand knowledge and share expertise.
• Provide recommendations and insights to clients regarding emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Master's or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience working with accounting software or ERP systems, such as QuickBooks, Sage, or SAP.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into software solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
