a Financial Accountant
The following tasks await you:
* Responsible management of the accounting and human resources department;
* Monitoring cash flows, disposition and use of financial resources to optimize financial management;
* Handling all work related to the preparation of monthly statements as well as the annual financial statements;
* Review and pre-commitment of internal business fundamentals (procurement procedures);
* Contact person for tax auditing office as well as commercial bank;
You bring these qualifications with you:
* Organizational talent, communication skills and ability to work in a team
* Several years of professional experience in accounting and human resources management
* Expert knowledge of the budgeting/accounting of non-profit organizations as well as sound knowledge of grant law
* Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, German is of advantage
* Sound knowledge of tax law and human resources
* Confident handling of annual financial statement activities
* Very good MS Office skills
* High level of commitment, independence and flexibility
