• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for both group and local statutory Reporting
• Continuously improve the quality of accounting in the Nordic Business & manage changes in accounting standards, policies & procedures
• Implement programmes in partnership with external partners to drive world-class financial process
• Eliminate, simplify, automate and/or centralise transactional activities
• Provide financial expertise for the key local transformation projects
• Understand root causes of issues & poor performance, identify where controls are not operating and drive remediation
The Position
Our Nordic Financial Controlling Team is expanding in connection with new scope, resulting in an exciting position as Financial Accountant.
You will be based in Solna, Stockholm within a team of 3-4 people, reporting to the Nordic Controller.
The primary purpose of the Financial Controlling Team is to own and continuously improve the financial accounting and reporting process for the Nordic Business, where we expect you to play a significant role.
Your profile would feature an education in Finance, which you have complemented working experience within Financial Controlling. Preferably, you have previously worked in an international business with multiple cross-border interfaces and processes. Fluency within Swedish & English is expected. Most important, you are passionate about the values represented by Financial Controls within a company.
