hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Nasdaq Holding AB i Stockholm Nasdaq is now looking for a student to join the Nordic Fixed Income team at the Stockholm office. Your primary responsibility will be to assist our sales and development team working with the Nordic fixed income markets. The student position offers a unique opportunity to work in the center of the Nordic fixed income market - and an opportunity to work in Nasdaq, a world leading exchange operator.
Nordic Fixed Income is commercially responsible for all Nasdaq related activity in the Nordic fixed income market, i.e. listing and trading of debt instruments in Stockholm, Helsinki and Copenhagen. This responsibility includes customer relations to all debt traders and to issuers of government bonds, mortgage bonds, structured products, corporate bonds etc. Furthermore, it includes development of our services aimed at these customers. In recent years, we have also increased our efforts in fixed income derivatives products such as mortgage bond futures, repos, CIBOR, FRAs, swaps, etc.
Key Responsibility
* Creating and maintaining internal statistics and management reports for the Nordic fixed income markets
* Various administrative tasks, e.g. invoice calculations, etc.
* Handling customer & investor requests for information etc.
* Website related administrative tasks
* Different types of analyses of the fixed income markets, e.g. analysis of changes in trading patterns, trends for listed products, etc.
Education, Professional accomplishments, and Certifications
* Studying for a Master of Finance, Economics or similar with at least two years to graduation.
* Experienced user of MS Office and a general high level of IT understanding
* Experience from SQL-based databases is meriting.
Skills, Requirements and Competencies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Analytical and self-motivated
* Nordic language in fluent and business level English both written and oral
As a person you are a driven and ambitious student that has a genuine interest in finance. Furthermore you have the ability to take your own initiatives and are not afraid to come up with new ideas.
