hela Sverige SKF is on a journey towards a more efficient way of working including global processes and new ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. Sweden and Finland are the first countries to implement SAP in January 2017 and since our existing Finance Process Owner will continue her carrier within SKF, we now seek her successor.
You will be a key person to lead and drive this change within local finance business by coordinate between global transformation community, SAP IT Operation and the UNITE program.
You will report to CFO Finance Sweden.
You will act as process owner for financial processes within our UNITE solution (SAP Implementation).
Key responsibilities
• Act as local process owner for the UNITE solution and its associated processes and policies.
• Interact on frequent and regular basis with fellow Process Managers within other process areas to safeguard alignment and end to end execution and efficiency.
• Facilitate compliance to the UNITE solution
• Establish and maintain the local governance of the UNITE solution and its associated business transformation in Sweden
• Lead, coordinate and support the key user network
• Supporting the operations in understanding and managing the change and business transformation journey end to end related to the UNITE solution.
• Identify and support overall change management activities in SKF Sweden that are aimed to ensure a successful adoption of new processes supported by SAP system.
• Analyze and optimize integrated business processes and provide recommendation for improvements
• Provide key stakeholders in Sweden with continuous updates from UNITE programme and transformation community
• Facilitate and coordinate retrofits of the UNITE solution from a receiver 's perspective
• Participate in implementation projects where the UNITE solution will be rolled out at new sites in Sweden
• Approve assignment of SAP roles to end users (act as a local role owner)
• Capture, escalate and monitor business requirements on the UNITE solution to transformation community and SAP IT
• Keep the UNITE solution together and secure alignment on topics across several process areas and end to end.
• Collaborate and share lessons learned with transformation community, UNITE programme and future implementation sites worldwide.
• Participate to global process compliance forum.
Position requirements
• University degree in finance and business administration or equivalent
• Leadership skills and have experience in coaching others
• Relevant work experience within financial process development
• Experience in SAP
• Fluent in oral and written Swedish and English
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint applications and strong computer knowledge within a multi-system environment
• Experience from working in a global organization
