Process Lead for Treasury within Operational Excellence Finance

The Finance Process Lead works within the defined scope, responsible for providing a global standard efficient finance process with quality and adherence to the finance requirements. A true business perspective is a must and the Process Lead aims for a close stakeholder co-operation, which is leading to process enhancements/ development.

The Process Lead main responsibility is to:

Participate actively in improvement projects
Suggest and drive process development
Review proposed changes to work and controls instructions, monitor and secure quality of sub process in EBP
Process maintenance through the monthly change release
Support implementation (remotely), prepare training material and conduct training
Monitor compliance, review and recommendations on deviation requests
Propose, monitor and analyze global process KPIs
Provide 3rd line process support
Review and approve local process, information & system demands, prepare global demands
Interact with process teams outside Finance coordinating process interfaces & information models
Plan, conduct and recommend based on process assessments
Interacts with subject matter experts when preparing Group Instructions within the Policy Management Framework
The Finance Process Lead has a strong stakeholder perspective and works very closely with the Finance Functions, Finance IT, IT Management, Ericsson Business Support and Process Leads / SMEs within Finance, as well as in other functions.
The Finance Process Lead reports to the Process Manager.

Competence:

Relevant experience and understanding from Treasury and Credit to Cash Processes
Strong influencing, interpersonal skills for management of key stakeholders
Good knowledge of Ericsson Financial Model, accounting directives and Business Processes
Excellent verbal & written English is a must

Education:

University degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
