The job requires a master degree or close perspective of university graduation and fluent English. Must have proven success from school or work experience of strong leadership by envisioning, direction-setting and enrolling others; thinking/problem solving; creativity&innovation; initiative&follow-through; communication; and priority setting. The Swedish work permit is a must.
Business Purpose of the job
Lead the financial analysis for the Wella Professional Business Unit in Nordic. Lead and deliver accurate and actionable category initiative analysis & tracking, portfolio analysis, competitor analysis. The role also includes leading projects to increase the marketing spending efficiency and the analyst is accountable of review investment proposals from the market. The individual is expected to work across other functions, and will be a key counterpart to the Nordic CFO and Nordic CEO.
Important job Responsibilities:
• Lead initiative analysis and tracking for the Wella Professional
Nordic organization;
• Quality assurance of initiative evaluations.
High-quality and actionable initiative tracking (pre- and post-analysis).
Establish clear and financially sound success criteria that allow tracking
and learning. Holistic evaluations, with all risks and
opportunities considered. Key choices are transparent. Drive inquiry mindset.
• Establish integrated and more proactive initiative tracking.
Drive standardization (common templates, common approaches) to
gain efficiencies. Consistent integration of learnings in business
planning process. Drive value-added cross- category insights.
• Lead the financial evaluation of customer investments
• Portfolio Analysis. Drive biggest opportunities. Analysis support
for strategic direction of fewer and bigger
initiatives. Ensure sufficiency of initiative portfolio to achieve
our NOS growth and profitability targets.
• Drive Marketing spend efficiency programs via loss analysis.
Create success models in marketing investment
optimization.
• Ensure strong Forecasting and improved Forecasting Accuracy
• Potential projects include:
• Perform competitive analyses
• Mix: How to implement Salon Profitability Tool.
• Liaise with global teams on key change projects..
