What are we looking for?
We are looking for highly skilled, business driven professional with vast experience from Business Control, preferably with thorough experience from accounting as well.
As a person you have plenty of drive, being well organized and structured, highly disciplined and with the ability to do a good performance under occasional time pressure. You are result oriented, open minded, having a mathematical and logical way of thinking and analyzing both past, present and future business. You have a social skillset which enables you to influence your organization and being a change catalyst.
You have a relevant university degree and at least 5 years of equivalent work experience. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both in writing and speech. Previous experience from Navision is an advantage, whilst we expect you to be highly proficient in MS Office, and especially Excel.
This is a full-time employment and the office is situated in the center of Helsingborg. The position reports directly to CEO.
What do we offer?
As Finance manager you are responsible for the Finance & Controlling department of 2 people. Your main duties will be but are not limited to:
• Responsible for managing and leading direct reports in the Finance Department of TXL AB according to best leadership practice
• Oversee and control book-keeping / accounting according to national regulations and according to TXL AG policy.
• Ensure adequate cash flow to meet the entity's needs
• Developing and maintaining systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets of the company and ensure compliance with laws and rules for financial and tax reporting
• Financial analysis of customer and vendor contracts to identify potential risks, advice for risk mitigation, contract administration including expiration and prolongation notifications to Product Managers and MD
• Preparation of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, internal and external financial reports
• Attending Board meetings as member of the TXL AB Management Team
• Month closing, year closing, forecasting, new business calculations.
The purpose of this position is to further develop a reliable system of the operational data statistics supporting aims of the organization. You have primary responsibility for consolidating the operational data and the design of operational KPI's measuring performance, risk and profitability, monthly forecasting, Month/year closing and budgeting.
