In the role of Finance Manager, you will work broadly within finance, handling both strategic and operational tasks.
You will take significant ownership and be responsible for:
• Acting as a financial business partner to the subsidiary's General Manager, delivering outstanding commercial financial insights.
• Overseeing financial control and supervision for the subsidiary.
• Managing all financial reporting for the subsidiary, either locally according to regulations or for group management reporting.
• Driving the implementation of financial projects and initiatives for the subsidiary.
• Supporting the General Manager in all aspects of establishing and operating the subsidiary.
You will be involved in day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and group reporting, monthly and yearly closing, reporting, and administration of salaries. Ensuring compliance with VAT, taxes, and other regulations, as well as handling other finance-related administration tasks, will be part of your responsibilities. You will report to the General Manager of the subsidiary with functional reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance based in England.

We are seeking an individual with a university degree in economics and substantial experience in comparable roles. We place particular emphasis on your personal qualities, expecting you to thrive in assuming significant personal responsibility and being self-motivated. Your profile should reflect strong motivation, exceptional organizational skills, and a preference for roles that offer the opportunity to influence, develop, and take on substantial responsibilities.
Moreover, we are looking for a communicative individual with a business-oriented and analytical mindset. Proficiency in both spoken and written Swedish and English is essential, along with a good command of system usage and expertise in MS Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint. Additionally, proficiency in another Nordic language would be a valuable asset.
