hela Sverige We are looking for a driven and commercially focused finance leader to partner our B2C and Exports teams.
With a strong fundament in the portfolio and consumer trends LM Cerealia is on an ambitious growth journey with high objectives on both top and bottom line growth. With very different dynamics, the B2C (Nordic Markets) and Exports (Russia, US, Canada, China, Germany for ex.) teams will be key contributors to this strategic agenda, and the financial leadership expected from this role will be essential to drive this.
Accountabilities:
• Right hand & business partner to the B2C Director and Exports Director, providing high quality of strategic recommendations and financial insights on the business
• Key player in driving performance management and delivery of business results for B2C and Exports
• Equips and enables the teams to lead successful negotiations with our customers and 3rd party distributors.
• Lead - and improve - the financial planning processes for sales controlling (such as budget, forecast, reviews)
• Continuously improving the way of working within sales controlling
• Lead, empower and develop a high performing team of 2 people
As part of the Cerealia Finance Leadership team, actively contribute to the broader Finance agenda
Qualifications:
• Extensive experience from commercial business partnering roles in Finance within an international business
• Proven strategic & analytical capabilities, particularly in the areas of strategic revenue management
• Structured. Able to deal with ambiguity and to create own agenda
• A successful track record for leading change, processes improvement and performance management
• Experience from a large, complex multinational company and international experience.
• Fluent in English
