We are looking for a new Finance Manager to our Swedish Financial team. We have several locations in the Skåne area, and you will be located in both Arlöv. Nordic Sugar is a part of the Nordzucker Group, the second largest producer of sugar in Europe.
Our Financial team consists of 5 employees, and we manage all disciplines within a modern Finance function. Besides taking care of daily business, we are also involved in different projects within both the Swedish entity and within the Nordzucker Group.
You need to have + 5 years of experience in international environment, trained management or financial accounting. You are proactive and highly accurate. A team player and experienced in driving topics within a matrix organization.
Furthermore, you will:
• Prepares monthly financial closures (actual and forecast figures)
• Develops reports and instructions further to enable accuracy
• Guides on financial decision-talking process (analysis, forecasting and reporting
• Supports Nordzucker group on harmonized SAP processes
• Ensures compliance with local regulations
• Work on or even lead important projects, not only locally
• Duties related to Tax and Treasury
Desired skill
• Master/Bachelor degree or similar
• SAP ERP, FI, Business Warehouse
• Local and International tax expertise recommended
• Accounting and/or Auditing qualification highly recommend, SAP certificates are a plus
• Oral and written English is a must
• Agricultural background will be an advantage
