This is a new role and we are looking for a Finance Logistics Specialist who loves the stimulation and opportunity of a global fast-paced growth environment and has an interest in being part of making our planet a bit greener.
You will play an important role to make sure our customers receive what they have ordered and get invoiced for it in due time. In your Finance Logistics role, you will be responsible for order to cash management, invoicing, purchasing and inventory management as well as follow up on accounts receivable. The role is global and broad and includes both ongoing execution of daily tasks, responsibility to develop and streamline routines and processes further as well as a responsibility for system support.
The Group currently consists of 7 invoicing companies and a stockholding company. Transactions take place in most currencies.
The position reports to CFO and is located at our nice Group headoffice in Kungsbacka.
Who are you?
To succeed in the role we believe you have a Finance education, minimum high school degree, with several years working experience from the logistics field. Alternative you have a bachelor degree in Finance Logistics with shorter, but relevant working experience within the field. It is important that you have gained experience that you can and would like to contribute with independently as you will have a broad responsibility and great opportunity to develop your role further.
You speak and write in English unrestrained and Swedish and other European languages is a plus. Great excel skills is a must. Previous experience from Visma Business is meritorious.
