As a Finance Inventory Controller at AGCO Finance you will be a part of a Nordic team and based in central Stockholm or in Copenhagen depending on your location. You will work in cooperation with colleagues from Sales and Operations, all focusing on an effective and sustainable partnership with AGCO. In this position you will be the link to various internal stakeholders such as Risk and Collection & Recovery, as well as vendors and customers.
Your main tasks will comprise:
* Monitor and manage AGCO Finance Inventory Finance portfolio
* Identify assets at risk and take remedial actions, collect outstanding interests or accounts, and provide early warning of potential problem accounts to relevant stakeholders, in accordance with policies and regulations.
* Gather information and data, process data into financial administration and prepare documents.
* Take an active part in handling invoices and send reminders
* Ensure outstanding relationship with AGCO vendors and customers
* Build relationships with colleagues within AGCO Finance Europe and share best practices

Your Experience and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will recognize most of the listed responsibilities. With that said, we believe that you have broad experience from commercial finance and/or a risk organization. However, it is important that you can make things happen. You are positive and outgoing and have a strong personal drive. You can see the whole picture and in the same time notice the details. You are consultative and able to work with others to develop knowledge and business solutions. You are an extrovert, self-starter that has demonstrated the ability to work independently.
You possess also the ability to be an excellent communicator and strong in argumentation.
It is a requirement that you have a universal degree within economics/finance/agriculture or similarly. You are fluent in English and Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian, both verbal and written.
