As a Finance Director in Getinge Sterilization AB you will be legally responsible for the production company Getinge Sterilization AB. Getinge Sterilization AB produces sterilizers world wide. The turnover is approx. 650 msek and has about 260 employees.
Among your main responsibilities and tasks will be:
Responsibility for the monthly reporting process
Continuous development of reporting processes and analysing tools
Secure the financial result and that laws and regulations are followed
Central role in budget and forecast procedures
Ad hoc statistics and analyses to both the Supply chain and the Getinge Group
Take part of solving other ad hoc tasks within the finance area
As a Manager of Finance Control Center of Excellence you will lead 5 finance people involved in Getinge Sterilization AB and Getinge Infection Control AB. Getinge Infection Control AB involves spare parts distribution, product portfolio and marketing activities, Getinge Adacemy (training) and management for the business area of Surgical Workflows.
The position is located in Getinge outside Halmstad. Since the tasks are mainly done locally in Getinge, limited travel is required in this role. The position will be reporting to Sr Director Finance Manufacturing Surgical workflows and the MD of Getinge Sterilization AB.
The Ideal Candidate
The person we are looking for is working as a finance manager today, preferably in a company with advanced production. You are used to interact with many different stakeholders.
Some of your key characteristics include:
Minimum 5 years of working experience as a finance manager, preferably from a production industry
University degree within finance, accounting and/or auditing or comparable education
Experience as a leader
Advanced knowledge in Excel and different IT tools is required. Experience in M3 is an advantage
Fluent Swedish and English skills, both written and spoken.

We are looking for an experienced finance person to fill a double role in our site in Getinge. You will act as a Finance Director in the local management team in the production company Getinge Sterilization AB combined with the responsibility to lead the Finance Control Center of Excellence in Getinge. You will lead a finance team of five persons.
