About the role
In the role as Finance Business Partner you serve as a strategic advisor and copilot to the Integrated Supply Chain Vice President and Supply Chain leadership team, providing financial insights and recommendations to improve growth and value creation. You will be member of the local supply chain management as well as regional SC finance community.
The role is located at Carlsberg Sweden's brewery in Falkenberg, and you direct a team of two local finance analysts. You report to Senior Finance Director, Western Euorpe Supply Chain. The role requires some travel to Ramlosa plant in Helsingborg and office in Stockholm.
There is shared service center in Poland supporting with accounting, payments, F&PA and reporting development for countries centrally. You need to keep team members in shared service center informed and engaged in local priorities and activities.
Job responsibilities:
• Translate internal and external factors into financial considerations, supporting supply chain and commercial teams in making informed decisions.
• Enhance management reports and analysis with forward-looking business insights, presenting findings to the leadership team.
• Recruit, onboard, train and develop local finance team members.
• Co-owner of the investment program for the operations in the country. Finance lead on supply chain business cases preparation and approvals.
• Ensure continuous improvement within finance processes, including month-end, estimate, and budget processes.
• Help and challenge supply teams building plans ensuring the financial understanding of the risks and opportunities in the plans.
• Monitor financial development of the business unit, identifying opportunities for further value creation and proactively providing recommendations.
• Improve performance management culture in supply chain, focusing on savings, efficiencies, and benchmarking with internal and external best practices.
• Supervise the planning process, ensuring targets are met and plans are aligned with company strategy and supply chain vision.

Requirements
In terms of qualifications, a university degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Accounting is required. Experience working in multinational companies, particularly within matrix structures, is advantageous. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance leadership role is necessary, with preference given to candidates with experience in SAP or similar ERP systems. Fluency in both Swedish and English languages is also required, given the international scope of the role. Creativity and openness to change are additional qualities that will contribute to growth in this dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate should possess significant business insight, blending a strategic and business mindset with a comprehensive understanding of business and production processes. Additionally, you demonstrate advanced financial expertise, capable of translating both internal and external factors into actionable financial insights. You have strong communication, stakeholder management, coaching and influencing skills. Furthermore, leadership skills are crucial, as the role requires the ability to lead, challenge, and act as sparring partners within the organization.
