Location: Stockholm
Start: 18th-22nd of August
Duration: 6 months
Purpose of the job
In your role as Finance Analyst you will be supporting in analytical capabilities development and expense management. You will have full Profit & Loss ownership with full range of product portfolio. You will also have ownership of quarterly projection processes and budgeting, including long term financial planning.
Key responsibilities and major duties
* Provide enhanced analytics to Senior Management for monthly performance, projections, budget and ad hoc strategic planning exercise.
* Collaborate with BI&A team to design and implement new reports and dashboards supporting business decisions.
* Partner with commercial and medical teams to appropriately manage operating expenses in line with business needs.
* Coordinate the internal pricing process for purchasing and customer prices.
* Prepare monthly and ad-hoc analyses for various stakeholders and partner with them to resolve any issues.
* Identify and drive opportunities for continuous improvement within the organization.
* Actively participate in the month-end processes, including review of P&L and management reporting.
* Prepare and present financials during Country reviews with senior mgt
* Establish strong working relationships with Regional and Corporate Headquarters, and other divisions in order to accomplish both individual and group objectives.
Who are you?
To fit this role, you have the ability to analyze and interpret complex data gathered from a variety of sources and deliver effective analysis to management in a timely manner. You are used to manage complex financial data covering reporting, projections and budgeting. You also have the ability to effectively communicate to a diverse audience at multiple levels within a company, through various of formats such as presentations, written correspond or face-to-face dialogues etc.
Qualifications:
* Finance Degree or equivalent
* Finance or Controlling experience for a minimum of 3 years
* Very strong skills in Excel
* Fluent in English, both written and verbally. Swedish is a merit
Nice to have:
* Skills in Hyperion (Smartview)
* Skills in Sap_BI (BEX)
