Our Treasury Operations department is now looking for a Finance Administrator who has a strong interest in joining our team within Cash Flow Management for the Sandvik Group. Are you ready to take on the challenge?
Sandvik Cash Flow Management forms part of Sandvik Financial Services and is a function that deals mainly with developing the strategy within its area for the Sandvik Group. The function will be based at the head office in Stockholm.
Key performance areas
As a Finance Administrator you will have many personal contacts within Sandvik?s business areas, as well as outside the company. We work in a creative atmosphere, in which you contribute your knowledge in both projects and the day-to-day work of the team. Your primary duties in Treasury Operations include:
• Bank Payments, Swift formatting, internet banking platforms, bank accounts reconciliation
• Netting
• Work with Treasury products, i.e. Foreign Exchange (FX), loans/deposits and interest rate swaps
• Cash Pool Administration and Power of Attorney
• Trade matching
The position may involve some traveling.
Your profile
You have education in accounting, preferably with a financial focus, combined with three to five years? experience from Back Office, Operation or Cash Management. Good knowledge and experience of working with Excel, SAP, Misys and CRM is a prerequisite as is experience with cash flow and netting systems. You communicate very well in English, both spoken and written.
You are process driven and have good tolerance for stress, with the ability to work with others as well as independently. Furthermore, you are focused and analytical, with a strong sense of responsibility, and are a true team member. The ability to deal with several matters at the same time is a prerequisite for this position.
