Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
We are looking for an experienced and educated financial accountant for the Nordic Hub in Göteborg. You will be an integral part in a team of seven people.
You will be responsible for the accounting of two companies: our Norwegian and our Danish sales com-pany. Your main responsibilities are:
• Accounts Payable and Receivables
• Account Reconciliations
• Tax and VAT returns
• Independently manage ledgers and current accounts
• General closing related work
• Budgeting support
• Manage provision and accruals
• Basic controlling support
Furthermore will you have the chance to participate in implementing practices and processes as well as the defining the relevant roles and responsibilities, in an ongoing and relatively young organisation.
The position will report to the Hub CFO, with a strong operational link to the responsible country controller and our local Norwegian and Danish contacts.
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
We look for a professional accountant with a secondary post-graduate diploma or a degree in economics (civilekonom / högskoleexamen with finance or other equivalent education in finance). You have worked with accounting for at least five years and have a sound understanding not only of accounting related tasks but you can also see the bigger picture. Precise when needed, pragmatic if necessary. You are fluent in Swedish, have an excellent command in English (both spoken and written). Knowledge of the Danish language and culture rounds off your profile.
You have preferably have already worked with SAP (FI, CO and BW) and have experience with the Norwegian and Danish accounting. Furthermore, you have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office (strong focus on Excel) package.
The position requires you to be selfsustaining and well organised. As a person you are exact, accurate and reliable. You deliver on time and can distinguish important from urgent matters. You should be flexible, outgoing and interested in learning new things. You are a communicative team player with a "can-do" attitude and respect for others. The work offers exciting tasks in an international environment with inter-faces to various functions in the organisations. Some occasional travel within Scandinavia and to Switzerland might be necessary.
