hela Sverige Are you ready to take part in building a new Enterprise Field technician team where the focus is to provide the global Axis organization with field experience of connecting our products with internal IT/business focus? As a Field operation assistant here at Axis you will be able to maintain and manage daily operation and give our consumers an excellent experience!
Who is your future team?
You will be part of a team which have the responsibility of operating the global infrastructure and platforms for our internal Enterprise agenda. We are now looking for new colleagues that has a passion for technology to fulfil the open positions in the Field operation team. Together, in the CITC organization we are responsible for Axis global Enterprise agenda together with our product management team and you, as our Field operator will be our pioneer for implementing and supporting our eco-system. What you'll do here as Field technician assistance:
As Field operator, you will play an important role of supporting the organization with a highly available, reliable, and secure implementations of our eco-system internally. You will do so by managing the platform, build the system together with our sales specialist, monitor our global infrastructure of eco system. Important for the role is to take part in testing of products and systems in an enterprise environment and working together with internal stakeholders as IT and physical security team. You should have an interest in continuously improve both the infrastructure as well as test new initiatives.
* Technical background
* Travel internationally (50-80 days)
* Proactive monitoring of the infrastructure and continuous improvements of the platform
* Maintenance of the Infrastructure (patching, upgrades & continual improvements)
* Management and fulfillment of Requests
* Installation of surveillances cameras and card readers
Who are we looking for/Who are you?
We are looking for you, who have couple of years' experiences in a system administration role or integrations of surveillance systems, so you understand what great service is. It's good if you have training and experience in one or several of the technology areas defined below. We think you like to work in a constant changing environment and have the drive to learn new things. You should have great troubleshooting skills and be able to drive incident resolution from start to closure. You have a good understanding of the importance of Life Cycle Management of systems which means you have been working with maintenance and coordination of activities, like implementation, maintenance, and video management systems. You have excellent communications skill and have the ability for turning technical problem statements into a business perspective. We think you have genuine technical interest and understand dependencies within a technical ecosystem.

Having your technical background in Linux and that you are passionate about developing your skills in the Linux area. If you have experience and knowledge in the different areas below, we love to meet you!

As you will be a vital part of supporting Axis Enterprise Agenda, we think you need to have communication skill both in Swedish and English.
