Field Service Engineer
To strengthen our Nordic Field Service Team
Job description:
In the position you will work as Field Service Engineer on assigned geographic area and equipment range. The basic activities include installation, maintenance and repair of instruments, as well as reporting to reflect Field Service activities in administrative systems.
Position is based in Sweden with responsibility to primarily travel and support Sweden installed base collaboration with local Customer Service, secondarily support other Nordic countries.
You will report directly to Nordic FSE Manager, based in Helsinki, and you will be supported by Nordic Field Service Engineer and outsourced colleagues.
We are looking for an open and business minded personality having preferably Technician Engineer / Engineer education with technical major or long relevant experience.
Experience from Field Service is preferred; troubleshooting instrumentation or technical ability to maintain diagnostics instrumentation. Advantageous for the position is a firm ability to install and troubleshoot computer systems and networks, and manage system interfaces.
To manage position, you are required to be able to work without direct supervision and achieve goals while being managed remotely. Company car will be provided so a valid driving licence is basic requirement for this position.
Languages: Swedish and English
District: Nordic countries, the vacancy is located in Stockholm. As our Swedish office is situated in Göteborg you will have a home office in Stockholm.
