Key responsibilities from the get-go
Explore and capture new prospects in the realm of international logistics, encompassing Road, Air, and Sea operations.

• Spearhead business expansion initiatives;
• Identify potential clients via cold calling, networking, and referrals;
• Conduct in-person meetings with clients to grasp their requirements and showcase our offerings;
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements to surpass sales targets;
• Cultivate enduring client relationships for sustained satisfaction and recurring business;
• Furnish regular reports on sales endeavors, market dynamics, and competitor assessments. Collaborate closely with the team to collectively accomplish shared objectives.

Characteristics of the Ideal Candidate
To apply for the role of Field Sales Manager you should bring the following:
Candidates with a background in roles such as Sales Specialist, Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, Branch Manager, Forwarder, Speditör, or similar commercial/sales and logistics positions are sought after.
Applicants should possess experience in the international Road,Rail, Air & Sea logistics sector.
A high level of self-motivation, with a specific focus on cultivating and securing new business opportunities, is essential.
Proficiency in both Swedish and English is mandatory, while knowledge of Norwegian, Danish, German, Turkish is considered advantageous.
The ideal candidate is adept at multitasking, hands-on, and driven by goals, exhibiting a strong commitment to achieving excellence and a desire to excel.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, along with robust negotiation and closing abilities, are crucial.
The candidate should be self-motivated, target-driven, capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
A valid driver's license and a willingness to engage in extensive travel are required.
