hela Sverige Field Marketers are responsible for planning, organizing and executing programs that either will generate new opportunities or advance existing ones, always working in partnership with sales, services & product teams, bringing customer insights through all deployed programs. Reporting to the Northern Europe Field Marketing Leader, the Field Marketing Specialist will support the Nordics Marcomm teams in the local execution of the marketing plan.Essential Responsibilities:Capture market and customer insights Leverage market and customer data and insights to contribute to the annual strategic planning process.Collect and analyze market performance and installed base data to support strategy and planning.Analyze win/loss data and conduct customer interviews to generate insights and develop hypotheses on the GTM strategy and commercialization plan in the region. Regional marketing planning and executionContribute to the Annual Region/Country Integrated Marketing Plan including budget allocation and tracking.Develop & execute marketing programs aligned with products' & solutions' commercial priorities, to include: Awareness creation, Demand generation, Funnel acceleration.Lead lifecycle marketing programs to increase share of wallet, drive IB retention & customer loyalty.Work tight with Regional Marcomm team, support traditional outbound and inbound marketing communications activities.Measure effectiveness of marketing activity in the region.Qualifications/Requirements:Significant experience in marketing, sales or related field.Strong analytical and process skills, including Excel capabilities.Excellent communication skills.Healthcare product/industry/B2B acumen preferred; experience in product areas where GE Healthcare is active an advantage.Digital marketing experience is an advantage.Fluency in Swedish and English, and preferable additional Nordic languages.Desired Characteristics:Team oriented - ability to work well with diverse, cross-functional teams.Result oriented mindset - ability to set priorities, manage time and workload and dependably meet strict deadlines.Innovation - develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas, engagement in transformation to digital marketing capabilities.Influencing skills - ability to motivate individuals and demonstrate organizational influence.
