About the Role
The position entails task delegation, overseeing processes and events organization, and communicating the vision. It involves a balance of 60% coordination and 40% creative work. The role is based in a Stockholm office with about 50 staff members. The team comprises four individuals. The ideal candidate should have experience in event organization. This role offers a dynamic environment, blending organizational skills with creative flair, in a collaborative and vibrant setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Planning, executing, and measuring demand generation marketing programs to grow sales pipeline and revenue.
• Develops and implements tactical marketing programs in conjunction with Sales, Partners, Nordic Marketing, Customer Success Managers, Value Management and external influencers.
• Creates and manages budgets and event projects, measures ROI through metrics analysis and reporting.
• Creates digital marketing assets and social media content
Qualifications:
• Undergraduate degree in Marketing
• 3-5 years' experience with at least 3 years' in B2B Marketing
• Proven track record executing multi-faceted programs
• Strategic understanding of solutions being marketed
• Strong communication skills
• English required (comfortable with presentations and meetings in English), and additional Nordic language fluency a plus but not required.
